Our Story

JC Build Co was founded on a simple conviction: waterfront construction is a discipline of its own. Salt air corrodes shortcuts. Storm surge exposes compromise. Tide and code leave nothing to chance — and neither do we.
What began as a small custom-build practice has become one of Florida's most trusted names in luxury waterfront construction, with estates delivered from the Gulf beaches to the Atlantic Intracoastal. Every project remains personally led, because that is the only way a standard survives.
